HINKSON: DON'T LET 'PEOPLE TAKE LIBERTIES WITH YOUR DIGNITY'

Brooklyn native Gershon Hinkson is a film industry pro with 28 years in the game. Being able to sustain a stellar reputation and one's integrity in that particular industry requires an even-keeled but audacious approach. STOP SENDING LONG, ANGRY TEXTS

Not only will you walk into a possible texting tone quagmire, you will more than likely not accomplish what you were hoping to through your pissed and purple prose.

Believe me, you're better off calling or speaking about the matter face-to-face. GET A TRUE COMMS EXPERT ON YOUR TEAM

These days, it might be difficult to separate true communications experts from posers. You'll want to ask to make sure that their experience is anchored in solid areas relative to editing, proofing, ad copywriting, journalism, etc.

Also, your communications support should not belittle or be condescending toward your current marketing collateral, current knowledge level, or business' level of progress.

Here's how I can help!
